I wake up and feel like I’ve been hit by a ton of bricks. Completely hungover. It gets better after a few hours though.

I love the quiet and peace of the morning. can I share with you? watch the sunrise and listen to the sounds of the nature of the morning… it often touches my heart and I hope it touches yours as well.

I’m tired after I take my morning meds.
I will usually crash on the couch as I watch cable news.
As the day progresses I become s bit more alert.
But still lack motivation and energy.

sorry your morning was waightfull. I think of many things that do that, one is heave food at night. the other is bad bed sheet lumpy. sorry once again.

Mornings are hard for me too because I usually wake up too early in the morning. But I make good use of that time by taking my morning meds at that time and by praying and meditating. By the time I do all of that, the meds kick in and make me sleepy so, I go back to bed and sleep in until noon or 1pm in the afternoon. Then, I’m good to go.

I love the mornings. Always worked trades mostly so up and starting work at like 7 am. Up at 5 or 6 am mostly.
I am on a pension but I still have an alarm set at 5 am everyday regardless. I mostly beat that and get up earlier. I go to bed horribly early though. That’s the breaks on these meds but it’s worth it! I like the mornings!
It’s peaceful if you get up before sunrise. The world is quiet and it’s good for contemplation and I do a lot of exercise early these days. I know it’s probably not you but get regular with your life. I take meds same time everyday for night and morning meds. I try as much as possible to have some regular habits.
If your having bad mornings turn them into good ones!

Mornings were hard for me either, @everhopeful I usually felt lethargic in the mornings and became alert only after I having drunk a cup of coffee.
