Does anybody wake up feeling really rough?

I’m not long up. But I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. It normally gets better in a few hours though.

I feel hungover and depressed and irritable. It’s always been like this. I’m getting a bit sick of it.

Maybe getting up earlier is a solution. I might be sleeping too much.

Yeah I don’t like gettting up often. I usually feel a little better once I start doing something. I have to go to the pdoc and get a shot today.

Ugh. That’s hard! Sorry for you!

I wake up feeling dread everyday. I know how taxing it is.

I miss waking up, jumping out of bed, and excitedly getting to it! I haven’t had one of those days in years!

Oy yeah, that’s been happening a lot to me lately. Literally like I’ve been hit by a truck. Or like all my bones are broken. I don’t know what the solution is…I think it’s a summer thing (but idk why). I hope you get some relief!

Do you take any benzo or sleeping pill at night? Maybe you’re a little hung over from the meds

No I don’t. It’s gotten better since I stopped using L-theanine though. The hungover feeling only lasts about 2-3 hours now. It used to last about 6 hours. So that’s progress I guess.

Oh god that’s terrible, a couple of hours? I don’t know why but I’m getting a feeling that you should be drinking more water. Maybe I’m just making that up, but it keeps flashing in my brain.

The other night I drank a lot of coffee and managed to get to sleep anyways but I woke up with a moderate hangover that lasted 1-2 hours.

Today I woke up at 5 am feeling real groggy Kinda hungover uncomfortable like. I don’t feel as comfortable about sleeping during summer months.

I always feel like im not fully awake, like everything is a dream. I’m fairly used to it now though after having it most of my life. The meds made it alot worse though.
