I’m full of positive intentions. My healing course is helping that.
I’m quitting pastries and Coke Zero.
I had a salmon salad for lunch and I exercised 45 mins this morning.

My sleep shifts over time to day/night. Right now it’s on the early morning schedule.

I just had soft thin flatbread with grinded sesame seeds and blueberry and a bit of curcumin powder. Usually I would add honney, but I wanted to cut sugar. Still decent sweet.
And I am about to go to the country side, outside the city, half an hour by bus.
