Morning anxiety

Does anyone else suffer from high anxiety in the morning? Every day I wake up I’m stuck in my bed till my parents clear out. It seems like I’m this way till noon or so.

I don’t have anxiety in the morning until I’m fully awake. But I often have high anxiety at night and during the day.

I usually calm down as the day goes on. Weird.

For me, if I can sleep the night, the mornings are the best times. Day time is really hard. Night is easier than day time, and mornings are best.

I had a panic disorder I developed because I had a major panic attack once and the fear of another developed the panic disorder…anways…I learned through therapy to “unplug” the fear and decide so what if I have a panic attack…I did it once and it didn’t kill me…and soon, you won’t have any anxiety at all…it isn’t easy to first comprehend but you can do it because I did it…

I used to have panic attacks all the time. I don’t get them anymore. Just mornings I wake up feeling hopeless, depressed, don’t feel like talking to anyone, just miserable. I always wait for my mom to leave for work before I go out to the kitchen.

I haven’t been sleeping well. I think that has a lot to do with it

Yes I get rlly bad anxiety in the morning. If I had a dream that night, it takes me a while to realize I’m not in the dream anymore when I’m awake. This makes me anxious.
But even when I’m not waking up from a dream, my chest feels heavy in the morning and I sometimes have panic attacks.

I suffer from anxiety as well it sucks. I feel yea, hate the feeling, it doesnt go away right.
