Really, really anxious. Why the ■■■■ are my mornings so bad?

Hey matey. Not sure. Look for differences. I’d recommend some exercise at night/ before bed. It can help too when you get up in the mornings.
Anything different if your regular day is interesting! I’m curious. Have you changed any meds recently?

No med changes. Will try the exercise at nights. Thanks buddy

Feeling a bit better now. Is not caffeine cos I have had very little. Maybe it’s bad dreams?

I wake up anxious too. It’s hard on me but I usually calm down after awhile.
