@aliali I am not sure I will ever be ok calling myself an artist. My work looks nothing as amazing as some of my role models. But I am always learning something new.
Lately my progress has been halted due to psychosis issues.
An artist is not who has judged by other artists as an artist only but who seems an artist to ordinary people like me too, so in my opinion you are an artist, wish your psychosis gets better soon, work on meds.

@aliali I really really really don’t want to go on meds unless it is absolutely the only option I have left… (and even then… )
why sasha? are you afraid of physical or mental side effects?

There are many people here who are doing very well on medications - people going to school full time, people working. Yes there are sometimes side effects but that can be managed and reduced over time in most cases. I recommend you read people’s experiences here in this discussion:
@SzAdmin I have had some really bad side effects to meds in the past and I am a bit scared to try them again for fear that I will have the same reactions. But i realize that I need help and I am trying to find a psychiatrist here locally. I am not having much luck finding one though.
