I’m sorry…I’ve worked with the public a lot in college cooking in restaurants…sorry.
One client told me I was the rudest person he has ever spoken with in his life. My manager laughed lol.
He was mad cuz he cancelled the morning of service after our guys already arrived. And then he said its cuz he had covid. I said we had to charge a cancellation fee or he needs to get someone out for access.
