In Argentina, an energy drink called “Speed” is sold. It has taurine, caffeine and vitamin B6 (very little). It is less potent than Monster. Monster also has high amounts of different vitamins and much more taurine than “Speed.”
Yesterday I bought a mango-flavored Monster and it gave me much more energy. It made me want to go out for a walk and do things.

Does high amounts of sugar also have a mechanism in the brain? I would have to find out about that.
