Something about energy drinks that tones down my psychosis. I thought I could isolate the ingredient that does, but it seems that the combination of the ingredients found in there combined work perfectly.
Ingredients in Monster Energy drinks:
Vitamin B2
Vitamin B3
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B12
Caffeine
Taurine
Grape Skin Extract
Panax Ginseng
D-Glucuronolactone
Guarana
Inositol
Odd, but interesting combination.

The thing is how much caffeine really is in this drink

Inositol and maybe b12? My drinks have niacin in them. Thoughts?
Overall, they’re bad.

Do you drink it with or without sugar?

I’m going to limit myself to one(big) cup of coffee like @Ninjastar. No nicotine for me either.

Oh, I love the Monster Rehabs. I drink the Pink Lemonade rehab. I also really like the Monster Javas. Rockstar has some good flavors, too.

A while ago I would buy Monster and Rockstar because they were the cheapest energy drinks.

I actually enjoy both. I haven’t tried some of the Redbull flavors yet. My bf drinks Redline Xtremes, I think they’re called.

If my weight wasn’t an issue I might drink them. I’ve heard of Redline before. Redline doesn’t taste as good, but it’s more powerful. I’m over those though.

I think 1 serving of Monster is 250 ml. So 500 ml of coffee and 500 ml of monster seems pretty similar to me.
