Money trouble

This move has depleted our reserves. I’m not sure how we’ll pay our bills on time this month. If we can hold some off until after I get my SSDI check I think we’ll be alright. I hate being this broke. After rent and CC bill (we put everything on the CC so we can see how much we’re spending and then pay it off every month) we’re down to about $100 in checking. That’s not including electric, phone, internet, car payment, Netflix, other things I’m not even thinking of.

Ugh. I don’t know what to do. I hate being late paying bills.

Ooops! sorry about that.

Hope things work out for you. Can you apply for a credit line in case of emergencies?

Atleast ur hubby works full time…!!! Otherwise it would have difficult too… if i have to pay that bill in nepal i wouldve died … and atleast u have disability…!!

If he didn’t work full time and I didn’t have disability we wouldn’t have any of these bills to pay. At least nothing.

We have our cc if we really need to use it. I really need to look at our budget and see what’s due when and actually be responsible about this, but I was busy freaking out. Lol

U hit the rock bottom… u r right led…!!!

Good luck. Things will work out.

In the future once you settle down and get back to a good routine, you’ll have more time to plan

Do you have any religious sponsored charities in your city/state?

Where I live, we have a lot of churches and organizations that will at least pay a good portion of your light and electricity.

And sometimes they pay it all if it’s close to getting shut off.

But yeah, bills are always stressful. Take care :v:.

this is the first month we’re running into trouble, just because moving is so expensive. Being strategic should get us most of the way there and by next month everything should be back to almost normal.

It’ll take us a while to build up another cushion, but we’re far from needing charity help.

I’m sorry, LED. Being out of money is so stressful. I agree that you should try churches. You can also call your electric company and see if they have or know of any assistance programs. Try the Department of Human Services, too. They may have a program that can help you bridge the gap until you get paid next.
