I guess that’s true spiritually. Rich people are generally spiritually disturbed and elitist about others. Poor people may be too but it seems less likely.
Then again maybe the rich are just rich…

The poor can be rich in faith. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer is another saying. Sometimes morally the rich and the poor can be poor. The poor are rich in JC but the rich are poor without Him.

That’s very beautiful @FatMama, and so true. And that makes me very poor. I have no family. Or very, very little family. And what little family I have lives far away and I have little contact with them.

@all, Thank you! I think money spoil the character of rich people.
I think trying to accumulate as much money by all cost is obsessive compulsive and therefore a mental illness.

My dad is very money driven, he is like this. Then on the contrary he gets terribly bad anxiety. My dad takes lexapro and sometimes Xanax.
I think there’s a connection between obsession with money and anxiety
