I missed all of my meds last night by accident. I’m not doing well… racing thoughts, suicidal, seeing things… it shouldn’t be this bad after just one missed night, right??? I’ve had 3 meltdowns so far.

I did take them now. 
No, don’t take them asap. Take them at your next scheduled dose.
If you miss a dose, there are only so many hours after missing that you can take them, like @anon84898315 said. But @anon57786250 is also right. If too much time has passed, you need to wait until your next dose.
Give it a few days for symptoms to go away. If they do not, call your doctor.

I’m ok for a couple of weeks with no meds, not sure now though, think my meds are starting to fail or I’m getting worse.

I threw up a dose of risperdal and 3 days later I went into an agonizing crisis for a week and a half. Not from illness either. Now my brain is super sensitive and I have problems taking anything, even ibuprofen and its 6 months later.
