3hrs 30mins exactly after I was supposed to take them I get my first symptom which was heavy breathing, go figure
I didn’t take my antipsychotic last night. Super wired + hyper sensitive. I’ll survive.
I was late taking all of my meds today - I woke up a bit out of sorts, dealing with depression today
I did take them the moment I realized what I had done x

I don’t know. I have taken much meds in a couple of days. My late father and my late sister always told me if you missed a dose or two of your meds, there is probably enough of your meds in your system to keep your symptoms away. I don’t know. Each of us different. Each of us is unique. You must examine your own situation and see what works for you as an individual. I can not tell you what you should do. Sometimes. I go on “med vacations.” If I didn’t I would be just as symptomatic as if I never took any meds at all. But, that is me. No one is under any obligation to follow me and what I do at all. YOU MUST DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU AND YOU ALONE, NO ONE ELSE! Take care. I hope you feel better soon!
