I was wondering why I felt dizzy all day. Oh well. It’s my fault for turning off my med alarm before I was finished eating. We were in public and I didn’t want to annoy everyone by having my alarm go off every few minutes. But I should have just snoozed it. Since the alarm didn’t ring after my meal, I totally forgot to take the pill. I’m feeling better now that I took my PM dose. But I bet I don’t sleep much tonight.

I’m sorry you missed your dose and that it made for a strange day. I’m glad you feel better now though. I hope you can get some at least decent sleep tonight.

I will take a sleep aid, to make sure. I’ve had a good streak of five days of sleep in a row, and I don’t want to break the chain.

Did you take it still? Obviously you know but just I case, with my medication if I missed a dose I was supposed to take it asap. Ask a doctor or google “missed dose _________ (paliperidone, resperidol etc)”
I didn’t realize it until it was time for my PM dose. My doctor advised me to never double up if I miss a dose.
Oh true, yea if it’s that late after. Good stuff man just making sure

If I miss my night dose of zyprexa I just don’t sleep well and wonder why I wake up shitty as! I miss my morning boatload of effexor and I’m in a world of hurt!
I can relate. I feel out of sorts and not too well. It escalates quickly and I get more anxietal. It does happen every now and then but hope your doing better now!
Good news! I did go to sleep! I slept a full eight hours with nothing but melatonin! And I took my am meds!
