That leads me to my next question. Has anyone had success at getting completely rid of their delusions or is it always present in the back of your mind?
Yes.
The government will read your mind, but not right away…only after the 2 fifteen minute breaks and 1 hour paid lunch.

I used to think the government was reading my mind via brain chip, but that delusion fell apart with good treatment and time to think about reality.
@Tyme if the CIA knew about the brain we would have better treatments and cures
for brain disorders.

the fact is, it’s not possible. you should know this, but you’d rather ignore the facts. the government couldn’t care less what you’re thinking regardless.
I think it can’t read minds the odds are rather small as are the odds of existence of aliens but paranoia is a reality on a finer scale so anything is possible
