I’m having bad voices and also bad thoughts implanted in my brain by the universe and by people and spirits who want to harm me. Took some extra Xanax but still so upset that I am shaking. Might take more Xanax. I see my psych in a week but just messaged if I could be seen sooner if she had any cancellations. Doubtful but worth a shot. I apologized for sending her this request. And I apologize to you guys for posting.

I’m sorry you’re having such a hard time.
Hopefully your psychiatrist can come up with a solution.
Edit: try to go easy on the Xanax if you can.
