We’re doing a tetrazini on the 24th for my oldest daughter (she’ll be visiting), then ham on the 25th along with regular fixings (stuffing, cranberries, etc). On the 26th, we’ll do prime rib. My biggest challenge is cleaning in preparation. I’m so stressed by it.
