Tonight I’m staring into space and every movement is an effort. Even typing slower. Feel like I’m stuck in cement it’s weird what is wrong with me? Everything is foggy in mind mind is stuck on void empty void. feel paralysed it’s weird. Is it catatonia or am I just depressed or what? Anyone feel similar sometimes? Uhhhhhhhhh. … muscles tense locked can’t walk properly stiff movements mind jerky sorry for funny post mind mixed up and frozen

I’m sorry your dealing with this. I’ve never felt slow but sometimes I feel like time skips, like a CD or record. It’s hard to explain as well but we all experience things that are hard to explain.
I don’t think you’re catatonic. Maybe it’s avolition? Talk to your doctor.

I feel like that when meds aren’t working properly, when I messup my meds or when taking a higher dose. I always feel close to that though.
I have catatonia when unmedicated, I freeze for up to 30 min I don’t even move my eyes, they’re fixed in one position. My parents hit me and yelled at me, I wasn’t reacting.

Harsh…can i ask you how ofton dose it happens to you and do you have a trigger?
Its only when I am unmedicated, it happened daily. No trigger, it just happens randomly during the day.
If you lowered your meds dosage it could be that, it was for me at least.
