hello everyone I am but a mental health advocate in supporting health and recovery

What ever the thought or feeling may be, we must always grasp and safe guard our mental health.

That means a number of various responsibilities that you as a person need to look out for.

Our medications allow us to reach that balance in normal operating mode.

We must rely on functions of daily hygiene, preparation, cooking of meals, driving, the buying of groceries and for some us we are not always in the best condition to handle our daily tasks.

We have plenty of goals that we must organize in order to maintain a level of recovery.

Let us get back at it, rest, hydrate, meds, nutrition, clear thinking. Stay positive and coach yourself on how to be a better self. Greetings and regards to everyone on board the flight of mental recovery.

I started walking for at least 30 minutes a day after a 5 years break. It feels so depressing being unfit.

I haven’t done my yoga for the last four days nor have I practiced piano in that time. I am seriously slacking lately. I got to get back into it all today.
