Does anyone know the percentage of men with schizophrenia vs. the percentage of women with schizophrenia? I think men get it more.

From what I read, about equal amounts of men and women have the illness. But men get it earlier, have worse positives and negatives, and have some other things that lead to a worse prognosis. For what it’s worth, my support groups don’t necessarily reflect that.
