If I had muscle and no strength I may be more attractive but I’d feel like a phony. So I’m going with strength.
I had movers when I moved into my house. One guy was fat another one skinny and muscular. The skinny muscular guy struggled a little but the fat guy did things effortlessly. Most jobs don’t require you to lift more than 25 pounds. So having strength would only be needed very rarely. Muscles on the other hand are more useful; self esteem, appearance, superficial attention. I choose muscles. I think muscles serve more of a function than strength and I would benefit from muscles more than strength on a pros and cons list. Good things.
I, myself would choose muscle over strength because physique is more attractive than how much a man can lift. I wish I could be 10% body fat with a BMI of 25 but that’s just dreaming. Exercising to gain strength is easier than a total nutrition change to achieve a muscular defined physique.
Strength! But also stamina
I agree muscle is nice, which is why I’m trying to gain both strength and muscle
Strength, by miles.
I would go for muscle cuz it’s more aesthetically pleasing…think about the different appearances of a bodybuilder and a worlds-strongest-man competitor, they’re so much more blocky looking than the bodybuilder.
Go for better health. Develop more strength, but mostly aim for improved overall health. Everything follows from that.
I always kinda thought big muscles and strength are equivalent
I want to have enough strength to where I can punch someone once in the face and their head explodes LOL!
That would require the inside of their head to have a greater pressure differential with atmospheric to overcome the tissueenvelope of their head. Theres not a lot of pressure in their hopefully is why it doesnt really explode
However i heart making heads explide
IDK, can you have muscle without strength? Isn’t someone strong only because they have muscles?
The speed is better
Probably both would have chosen both well
Yes. Some forms of bodybuilding are designed to add muscle without a whole lot of strength
I would choose strength. My back is really weak so it would mean a lot for my daily functioning.
Strength is not really about muscles only. I watch armwrestling and some skinny guys beat much bigger and more muscular guys. Strength is more about nerves and how many muscle fibers they activate. But yes more muscle increase strength but not by a lot
I do isometrics for strength…my muscles are getting bigger, but not a lot…I just want tone.
Well some women don’t like men with steroid bodies and as far as strength I’d be able to do more with it
You if i start working out it will be loosing weight and building strength
