physical strength can be broken down into power… like the weight lifters and bruce lees hands… speed like bruce lees hands… and skill like bruce lees hands… lol… so physical strength = bruce lees hands…

mental strengths…ah that’s a broad category… wit to wisdom computational skills and general knowledge…

emotional strengths…

I think those would be the 3 main categories… with soo many sub cats…

Yes, I’m female.
