Memory foam too hard; can't sleep

Anyone else have a memory foam pillow? Mine is so hard it’s uncomfortable; I need a soft pillow my head can sink into.

Do you have a couch? Take a removable seat use it for a pillow. Thoughts hugs gnite from tx

On my couch the cushions and backrest are all one piece connected to the main body of the couch. They’re not removable. When I sleep on the couch it kills my back! Thanks anyways though, from California.

Oh sorry. Are you far from the fires?

Yeah, the fires are down in Los Angeles; I’m way up in the San Francisco Bay Area. About 300 miles away.

I hope they get fires snuffed out

They’re contained now, they’re either all the way out or under control.

They burnt 40,000 acres of L.A. and destroyed 13,000 homes in some of the richest areas of L.A. where a lot of movie stars lived.

I had a memory foam pillow a long time ago. Didnt like it either.

Had the same problem with a mattress I bought on amazon. One of those vacuum packed for shipping cheapos. Both too rigid. I like a nice soft bed and a nice soft pillow.

Nevertheless, I cant sleep tonight either. Might have to do with guzzling diet mountain dew, though.

Lol. Probably not. Its probably ok to work my schedule a little late for tomorrow anyway , though. I said to gf earlier that I wouldnt come over until 6pm or so tomorrow. We are supposed to be going shopping for stuff to make a pot roast at some point this week.

So she goes…“Well, I hope we arent going shopping that late. Because I was kinda hoping that we might have other activities planned…”

So, I guess I dont mind staying up late tomorrow. lol.

i wish i had a hard pillow, all my pillows become flat within weeks, i have to use 2-3 stacked. it might be because i often fall asleep with my shoulder on the pillow instead of head only. oddly ive found if u position pillow between neck and head with shoulder under the pillow its much more comfortable and easy to fall asleep. but i always forget and end up sleeping on shoulder with neck uncomfortable

I like my pillows to be on the firm side
Don’t like ultra soft pillows where my head sinks in

Oh, a lumpy pillow.

I’m about to purchase a mattress topper, 6cm thick. Hopefully it will be gentle on my back and and waist. The mattress by itself feels a bit hard and I wake up with a stiff back.

I have one but its a “slim” version. When I bought my bed the guy in the shop said it fitted my posture better.
