My husband and I don’t get Covid dreams on it.

Yea it does 100% for me but usually only when I take too mucb

I’m not going to take it tonight and see if my nightmares are lessened.

Oh if it’s nightmares then definately too much. That’s what I meant really…if I take 2 tablets I sleep well. If I take 3 I usually have a nightmare…maybe just try 1 tablet? Hope you find a solution that works

Oh ok lol gotcha. Well I’m trying to find the reason behind nightmares every night, might just be AP.

I had vivid dreams that woke me up on melatonin.

i get vivid dreams but im on so much medication that it could be anything

how ever i had them before i started taking melatonin

I’m thinking I do too but I’m gonna try and go without it for a couple of days and see if it helps.

Yes vivid dreams. Last time I took it I felt that somebody was with me in bed and touched me and when I looked back I saw a rotting body. It made me see nightmares.

I get nightmares also on lower doses of meds. Also on Latuda. Now on 5mg risperidone I never dream. I took once melatonin for fun and it gave me vivid nightmares.

Well I didn’t take it and still had nightmares
