Meds and weight gain f u meds!

5 years ago before I was ever on meds I was 150 lbs. Now I’m 240 and not looking forward to the next 5 year’s. By then I’ll make Chris farley look not so big back in 96

Take action now, not in 5 years when you so far gone it don’t matter.
Switch meds, watch what you eat and excersise dilligently.
Last year in Feb I topped out at 199Lbs, unbelievable to me as it kept creeping up.
I decided no more weight gain and by Oct I was back down to 145Lbs. Funny thing is, my weight gain started when I stopped my Meds completely due to lack of insurance.

As a kid and teen, I was as thin as a rail - The pounds began to pile on, as soon as antipsychotics were added on.
There is no getting around it, it is difficult to lose weight, especially on the meds that seem to work for me.
I was able to lose weight on Abilify - great for my body, but basically I am aware that it worsened my condition - I was basically off of my rocker.

I will be taking a new antipsychotic in about 2 weeks or so, and chances are it will make me fat - but at this point I started to rage a bit with my mania - I need to be on an antipsychotic at a therapeutic dose - and quickly, I am starting to lose my cool and patience (not good). I took extra Klonopin and I am more calm, but I may end up raising the Risperdal dose until I see her soon.

In my opinion, and yes it is highly personal, the antipsychotics that have a proven track record for mixed states and episodes are going to keep me heavy - Oh well - I would rather be fat and stable than skinny and unstable

I have gained a lot of weight on Risperdal. I tried Geodon, and was able to keep my weight down, but it made me unstable. Nevertheless, I am going to try to lose weight on Risperdal.

It’s gotta be invega depot or 100 mg of trazadone but I am getting bigger and bigger… Trazadone makes me really hungry when I take them at bedtime

I was up a pound in this week’s weigh-in despite being relatively well behaved, or so I thought. This week’s motto is: @#$% U SCALE. Because I’m sure it’s the scale’s fault. It has been warned to get back in line or be replaced with one that is younger and blonde.

Geodon is weight neutral, so is latuda. I have taken both and I still eat like a friggin animal. I am on Geodon today. And I drink protein and carb supplements. I am 180lbs with a 30in waist. Muscles upon muscles. Don’t think that you should do exactly what I do- my workout habit was there to begin with and my protein diet was too. I was bigger before the illness hit me, I had my upper body plus huge legs. Now my legs are not huge but not bad. I found that the huge legs were making me have to wear cargo pants because my jeans were all too tight, and I wear jeans which fit my legs pretty tight these days. I used to fill out cargo pant legs like a I fit in these jeans I am wearing right now. Olympic lifting. Never again. My leg day used to take three hours before I became mentally ill. I even had big calves. Now I have pretty average calves.

Caves are genetics, like my schizophrenia. Shove it, normies. I don’t have time to work calves for a whole hour every Friday. ■■■■ no. I am not going to make time, either.

Now I am showing my disregard of normal people. Bad Mouse, you need to respect normal people. But they just think I’m a schizo and not a person. But they aren’t following their Jedeu Christian golden rule thing. Well we thought schizophrenja was a sexually transmitted disease so we gave it to seven people in the face. Shut up, Mouse, this is going to get you in trouble. What more trouble could I get into? The FBI has already been watching me for three years! And I lost my mind. What more can you lose? You could lose your lighter. I have four backup lighters! Shut down! Burn! Yo mama! Ohhhhhh!

See, I really do have schizophrenia.

I mean on average it is. It’s less likely to cause weight gain for most people, not all people.

I take Geodon and I’m fat. I have double the appetite. The only diet that has worked for me in the past is the low-carb diet because you can eat all you want. That and exercise, i lost 20 pounds in a month. But I gained it back we depression hit me. Some meds are worse than others and Geodon is one of the better ones. When you really think about it, it depends on the person. Avolition plus social withdrawal, disability checks and a boring life equates to one thing for me: WEIGHT GAIN.
