Right now I’m on 500mg Seroquel and 15mg Abilify as I make the switch. The voices and shadows are worse, and it feels like I’m going through some kind of withdrawl. I constantly feel like I’m unstuck from reality.
I’ve noticed that my appetite and sugar cravings are less, and l have more energy throughout the day.
How long have you been on 15mg?
Sorry you’re having a hard go of it. Be sure and let your pdoc know exactly what’s going on.

It takes 2 weeks to reach a steady state in your body. So it’s probably not having an effect yet. Give it all some time but prepare for some turbulence.
Next week I go up to 30mg. Fingers crossed!!

I can’t imagine stopping taking 500mg of Seroquel. Can’t imagine taking 500mg of it either. I went cold turkey off of 100mg of Seroquel. After about I realized that I was, and had been, psychotic for 14 months. I hope the switch gets better.
