man, I can’t wait. It’s been probably a year or so since I tasted a good steak! Tomorrow is pay day and I am getting some new york strips to cook up…yummm.

I love steak, though it’s been over a year for me, too. Hard to beat a good steak that’s been cooked just right, which for me is medium. How do you like yours cooked?

I like a pink center…so medium. I can take it a little less cooked than medium but not too rare.

I also love some liver once or twice a week, it’s cram full of b vitamins like b12 etc etc. Keeps me warm!!!
