I very rarely eat steak, but, when I do, I always eat it medium rare.

Medium is more than enough juice for me. I still like to use A1 even though the steak doesn’t necessarily need it.

Somewhere between rare and medium rare, erring on the side of rare. I love a great bloody steak, but I never get them anymore. And Mr LED likes his super well done and chewy, so I very rarely buy them to cook at home.

Not a big steak fan but don’t mind a bit of blood these days. Medium rare but rarely order it when out.

I love medium rare. Something about a little blood makes the steak flavor come through.

I never eat steak out at a restaurant. Too expensive and they never cook it right. I do my own, do them rare, and do them on my own grill. I also cut my own chunks of beef down myself to keep it affordable. We had ribeyes this evening, celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary.

Really surprised at all the medium rare answers. Isn’t medium enough? I mean anything bordering on rare is gonna be undercooked. So bloody… are there health concerns when eating a meat that rare?

I don’t understand it either. People saying that they like their steak bloody. That’s gross. You shouldn’t have to drink your meat. They’re probably only presenting as schizophrenic because they got fu cking mad cow disease from eating undercooked beef.

I love steak when i can afford it - usually try to do medium, but i always end up overcooking it. I dont like it bloody.

Some old girlfreind tried to impress me by eating hers rare when i took her out to dinner. She ended up choking on it and spluttering all over the table. I was more embarressed than she was lol.

For a long time now I hate red meat I never eat steak
I used to like burgers but they have to be very well done
