Maybe I should start a diary

Is there any use to it?

I think it’s a good idea🙂

Nice to be able to look back sometimes

I kept a diary for ten years,

It was very theraputic.

Now I just keep a wellness log to try to track patterns in my symptoms.

It’s helpful.

Most of it goes here so this becomes my diary.
But yeah some topics are not allowed,
so I dont write or think of it.
One way its good.

A Journal! That’s what its called.

Quick question. Did you start a new journal when pages ran out? Or what did you end up doing?

Before i had a megasupercellphone, i used to do journaling. As it already said, its therapeutic for selfdiscovery. I monitored my thoughtpatterns and had some realisations.

I used to blog and found it to be fun…anybody know a blog site I might try besides blogger.com I can’t use my account there.

Ok preciate it. I ask because i wanted to see if i could still use an old journal

I’m going to start a journal too, I just decided, when my arm heals, I hurt it carrying groceries home.

I think its a great investment. I already started mine!

I don’t want to talk about my days. Still its probably a lot to write even though they seem unassuming. And I am on the record and have some accountability to myself. However I don’t want to track my health or my sanity. I don’t know, its a commitment, even if I try it for only a week. So far, no post has convinced me of it.

I started keeping a record of my insomnia and paranoia.

I like to keep a journal not a diary per se. But just writing ideas and quotes that make me feel more at peace…

I journal. It didn’t help me much with changing myself. Something to look back at.
