Meh. It’s only religion that made people feel guilty about masturbating. It’s a normal human behavior in mammals. Apes and monkeys do it.

I’m in a several months remission from lust/masturbation. I had one last year too, but I relapsed. Luckily, I got over it in short order.
It’s for religious reasons why, but other than that, I feel so much better than just being guilt ridden for being sinful; I also have noticed more focus, and more power of my mind I feel is activated, allowing me to get past this last psychotic episode.

Its completely normal and healthy for both men and women to masturbate.

@Naarai - While I know some members on here who are religious who I still really like and enjoy talking to them, I never understood peoples interest in religion.

Now I am no where close to a perfect person and I can be judgemental myself, religious people tend to be extremely judgemental. “Oh you don’t believe? You’re going to hell !!!” Seriously…?
