I used to knock one out daily when i was younger. Now im older i simply dont bother. Its got nothing to do with the Ap’s either for me i think.

I don’t believe the hype about nofap mainly because of my experience of retaining (sorry if too much info). I went psychotic both times. I don’t think it is healthy to retain too long just as it is not healthy to do it too often. If it bleeds that’s probably too much.
