I got a load of fruit. Part of it was a cellophane bag full of pears. Anyway when I opened two of them were totally rotten and smelled so bad.

Lucky I have loads of other fruit but man

That is kinda the risk you run with fruit, that it might go bad or will be bad. Yep aw man.

EDIT: but it is good and good for you though, so probably well worth the risk.

I always double check my apples for rottenness

Pears I like but I usually don’t get them

I can’t check my fruit in the store and have to have it delivered because I’m at risk for COVID. The store has been sending rotten fruit lately and wouldn’t replace for free until I posted pics of the bad fruit in the local Facebook group for the community. THEN replacement fruit showed up with an apology.

I don’t buy fruit in bags because it always seems to be rotten.
