It’s cold. 30 F out I was just out vaping and my hands were cold.
It got to -45C here during a snowstorm a few years ago, it gets to -30 to -40 C every winter.

-22 C is -7.6 Fahrenheit. That’s about as low as it goes for Little Rock Arkansas USA. That cold is rare here. Maybe the end of January or early February.

Yea kinda, but not below zero, usually. It is, indeed, a lot of drizzly or rainy or cloudy days
But some summers can be really awesomely hot and blue skies
