Finding things very hard. I messed with meds and it turned round and but me on the behind. Think it’s gonna take a long while to get back to where I was (if that’s even possible now).

You sound ok, I’m sure you’ll be back to baseline soon. Was it just seroquel that you messed with?

Yep seroquel. Reduced to 350mg from 400mg

Hang in there mate. It takes time to get back and you will. I’ve tried numerous changes of meds over the years. Sometimes successful and sometimes not. You will recover.

I made a mistake with my medication too.
I swapped imovane for benzos but benzos don’t put me to sleep or relax me they give me anxiety so now I want to get back on imovane and just hoping my dr will work with me and help me and give me imovane.
I need it to sleep.

Hey talk to your mh and get your meds sorted back, you will be ok im sure
My head is messed at present too thats why im not on here as much because of meds

mistakes happen mate, dont worry about it, i think all of us have probably tried experimenting with our dose, its very common but it should be done with the help of a dr bc they could help mitigate the withdrawals sorry it hasnt worked out mate,

You should regulate soon. Just keep taking your meds and try to keep your stress low until you’re feeling better
