Have you got a plan for that. No worries if it’s personal.
I don’t think that even in the worst case scenario everything can’t be reset or redone in some weird way.
I had a funny dream the other night…
I was like explaining the way the Universe/Life works.
I mostly explained with my hands.
I made a motion to suggest a blank canvas and I called it, “The One Mind”. Then I motioned my arm in a circular motion while saying, “And this is everything we see! Building and breaking! Building and breaking. Construction and deconstruction.”.
And that’s it.
Why that made me feel good I don’t know… But it made a lot of sense.

I just wing it, but sometimes it seems futile or like i’m making it worse. I’ll give it a shot though.

That reminds me of bone remodelling. I think it’s constantly building breaking up rebuilding etc.
I wonder if the spirit or the physical body comes first. If its the spirit then maybe when we die the spirit is still around. If its the physical body, then as the physical body dies, so does the spiritual body? I don’t know its just a suggestion. A maybe possibility. Maybe nothing happens. Just rotting and no human awareness anymore. Maybe something else.

I’ve heard some spiritualist opinions and things they’ve learned and they suggest matter is indestructible because consciousness is.
Said it was something some Scientists know already.
Edit: And I’ve watched some remarkable mediums give really good readings like Chris Stillar. Seems to suggest we don’t die.
Still I’m not sure and have questions because it can all be pretty confusing.

You can be responsible for how you affect others that come and go in your life. Your affect can ripple outwards and positively affect many lives. You can make a change. Just only focus on how you treat others. The rest will take care of itself.

I think if I tried to be responsible for the whole world I may die of exhaustion etc.
