Making Plans

So I have decided I am in a rut because I am not socializing enough and dont feel motivated. So these are my plans: start taking better care of my appearance.
Start working out every morning after 9am. Switch medication to night-time so I dont fall asleep during the day.

Im going to get a case manager too because Im having trouble setting goals and advocating for myself…someone referred me to one of those organizations, so Im gonna contact them and hopefully express this situation and the inexpressible fog of mood lifts.
