On an orthomolecular treatment plan, I gave myself shots of B-12 for several years, with no appreciable result. I found the whole orthomolecular thing a big waste of time and money.

Taking the right amount of B12 has been a critical part to alleviating my brother’s paranoid schizophrenic symptoms. Not everyone with schizophrenia has a B12 deficiency, but some do.

I’m diagnosed with SZ and Autism. B12 did sweet ■■■■ all for either. The only supplement I consider worth mentioning to date is sarcosine.
