Love my egg poacher pan

having poached eggs for lunch today…woke up late…ha lovely. do you like poached eggs?

I got one of these for Christmas.

It can do 2 poached eggs or up to 6 boiled eggs.

I like boiled eggs with soldiers The toast nowadays however is not as good as it used to be for dipping into the egg yolk.

frittata (much easier for me than making an omelette)

omelette(if made by someone else. If too rich can make me feel nauseous)

Scrambled eggs- not too dry and not too creamy.

@firemonkey nice !! mine’s a cheap little double egg poacher…nothing fancy…love it though…

@Kxev my friend suggested I do that…I like to mimic the egg mcmuffin though instead of the hollandaise sauce

When I was staying at my folks recently we always had scrambled egg on Saturday then poached eggs on Sunday. Loved it!
