Well some of the Metformin is being recalled. You should check with your pharmacy and doctor. I generally stay away from diet pills.

Slimming pills are usually dangerous. Diet and exercise is the best way.

Don’t drink your calories, cut down carbs, eat veggies every meal (fibers make you feel full), exercise, don’t eat till you’re full (stop at 70%-80%), consider intermittent fasting.

Diet, exercise and being active throughout the day. Rest is important too!

They’re not fine and they are dangerous. I’ve had numerous doctors warn me off them. Many of them are banned in my country because the ingredients are illegal because they’re harmful. You’re giving people dangerous advice that could hurt them.

Yeah, diet pills are a big no-no. It’s better to lose weight slowly. I need to lose around 100 lbs and not a single doctor has recommended these pills. If you must then you need to speak to a doctor about safe weight loss options.

i been take fat burners for years, i never had a problem. I like fat burners. If you think there dangerous thats okay thats your opinion i respect that. I think if you overdose thats a problem. Alot bodybuilders take fat burners, you never heard death from them. I truly believe if overdose on fat burners yes its dangerous but if you take recommended dosage youll be okay.

It’s the consensus of most doctors, making it their medical opinion. I look to doctors for guidance about what supplements I use as many are quite dangerous. If I’m taking something, it’s because my doctor told me it was safe. I’ve been told to stay away from the junk you’re using unless I want to die sooner.

okay i see. sorry. follow your doctors orders. Stay away from fat burners if you think dangerous to your health i understand. Im been on fat burners for years i built a tolerance for it so body can handle the stimulants well. Stick with old fashion diet and exercise. I just like add fat burners to my regiment, thats just me.

they probably overdose on it.

Start with the diet. Protein is thermogenic. It requires more energy to burn, and it maintains your muscle:

Have do I loose or maintain weight ?
I eat on bowl of 200 mg boiled oat every morning.
I eat dark bread every afternoon.
and then I eat a lot of vegetables with a little rice and meat.
I have lost 10 pounds in half a year.
