One of the things I struggle to get my head around is when you need to lose a lot of weight buying clothes to fit your new size. I have this vision of constantly having to buy new trousers etc as one goes from something like a 44inch to hopefully a 32 or 34 inch waist.

I float around sometimes 34 sometime 36 and the odd time 32 it I do really well on a diet
I was a 30/32 5 years ago. Now I’m a 36/38. Wish I could lose weight.
It would be best to measure yourself just before you decide that you need a new clothes when you are ready to shop and buy. Buy only one shirt and a matching pants. To be replaced as you continue to lose weight until the next time you are ready for another change of clothes. It would also be beneficial to get clothing that is stretchy.
