Can i ask how exactly it helps? Like what is fhe difference between waking up with and without it?
If I don’t take it, I wake up feeling like I have a huge alcohol hangover and I don’t drink. This lasts for a good few hours.
It also seems to act as a very mild sedative so it takes the edge off things for me.
Does it take long to get out of bed?
Because my biggest issue atm is that the hangover effect stops me getting out of bed

I get up regardless of whether I feel hungover or not, but that’s interesting that you feel hungover too.
You should give broccoli sprout extract a go for a month, and see if it helps you in the same way.

Melatonin you mean at first for awhile you can barley function then for me atleast it becomes more manageable make sure to have coffee when you wake up tho lol it’s still sedating just not to that extent
I just take 2 tablets when I get up. 2 tablets is the recommended daily dose according to the bottle.
A bottle will last a month.

I use sulforaphane 20 mg PRN for high anxiety. Double wood supplements from Amazon. (From broccoli seed extract.) The first time I used it, I felt odd but it stopped my anxiety.
