Looking for alternative to abilify for high prolactin levels

I’m currently taking rispiridone with good effect though my prolactin levels are high. My doctor wants to prescribe a little abilify with it to reduce the prolactin levels which is apparently common practice but having been on abilify last year I find it’s side effects are such that it agitates me a lot so I’m asking, does anyone know if there another way to reduce the prolactin? I’ve read about dopamine agonists, I don’t know what they are I mentioned this to my doctor he said he wasn’t sure if they would be suitable.
Any suggestions are welcome.

You might be put on a lower dose of abilify than you were previously on and so you might not experience agitation.

I should add that a few weeks back I took 5mg of abilify for a couple of days and still had a bad time. We had a rethink but it looks to me now like abilify is probably the least scariest of the choices of plans suggested unless anyone knows of another way.

I had prolactin lvls through the roof. My Dr put me on rexulti but it’s to early to tell I’ve only been taking it for 2 to 3 weeks

I got off Risperdal for the same reason.

Zyprexa has been good for me!
