It takes me 2-3 hours to fall asleep after going to bed and waking up in the morning feels like hell.
I wound up sleeping in the travel trailer last night because it was so hot in the house and it was easy to fall asleep with the cool breeze. I forgot to take my heating pad with me and woke up cold at 4 am. Would have been fine if I had some heat on the feet.
I get a clozapine hangover
Have to wake up at least two hours before work
A few coffees and some cigarettes wakes me up somewhat
Going for a quick swim also helps wake up
Sleep with your curtains open it could help. Sunlight regulates melatonin and circadian rhythm. You can wake up gently.
Im gonna say somethin really obvious…
But the earlier you go to bed the earlier you are supposed to wake up.
But, It doesnt matter when i wake up though i need at least an hour drinking tea and smoking tobacco to feel alive again. So yea!

I wake up in a bad mood every morning…takes me a cup or two of coffee before I feel better…I don’t talk until I’ve had my coffee..
Im usually pretty ok about getting up but I have my days. My Mom is terrible about getting up its like trying to pry a mummy out of a crypt

Yes, it takes several hours for me to fall asleep and wake up. It’s always been like this.
takes me awhile to wake up too, but ever since i started listening to my body and not worrying about patterns of sleep. I find i usually wake up only when rested unless I feel i’m too out of sync with the daylight
So have you tried any meds for this ?
Nope I get a good sleep but disturbed dreams but I don’t mind. Sometimes I wake up and think which day is it. Like I have skipped few months.
I’ve done probably every sleeping pill on the market. They just come with side- effects.
I take melatonin when my sleep schedule is normal. It helps somewhat.

I have massive issues getting up unless theres something I HAVE to do. Every one says get up at the same time every morning but I don’t have the will to establish a routine unless there’s someone or something cracking the whip.
I face trouble falling asleep half the time i been up for over 22 hours.. i wake up pretty easy just need to get into a routine.
