Life is very difficult and ending it is very easy.
I am completely helpless.
Don’t give up! Try to remember that you are loved! Life is difficult for everyone with a mental illness, but it’s important to keep trying.

Ending your life is easy for you but it is difficult for the ones you leave behind. I know, my brother committed suicide back in 2005. Life is difficult but it may not always be so. Things can change for the better. You are a valuable person and the world needs you. You’re in my prayers.

Don’t choose a permanent solution for a temporary problem. Call 911 if you think you are going to hurt yourself. Go to the hospital. If you think you can make it, bring it up with your pdoc. Maybe He/She can adjust your meds or add a new one. I feel like that too, sometimes. Suicide isn’t the answer.
I lost my Nephew last year to suicide, we will never know if it brought any peace or relief from his misery, but I do know that it simply prevented his life from ever having a chance to get any better.
I miss him so much.
