Good one!!!
Projection is powerful thing my friend.
Well then you wouldn’t be able to volunteer either so the issue is moot
On Abilify I didn’t have paranoia but longest I worked on it was 1 month. On Latuda I could always work I lasted 1yr at one job until I switched to risperidone but had paranoia on latuda its weaker than abilify, risperidone is too strong I read only stronger ap is Clozapine
And water is wet and the sky is blue.
Can you try a low dose of abilify as an add on? Maybe that will help
Lol, that’s pretty funny.
Do you have the drive to learn anything new? Id suggest learning how to use the ai tools. Just do it recreationally and treat it like a game. Something may come of it.
@Aziz I agree tho life is unfair. I feel like I’m being tortured by the universe sometimes, even though I’m a good person. Bad things happens to both bad and good people.
I wondered that too. I was physically healthier before meds. I didn’t have diabetes type 2. I wasn’t overweight by much. I could hold a part-time job. But I was talking to people who weren’t there. Plus, I remember the increase in noise sensitivity when I reduced my Abilify by 5 mg this summer that just passed. That was horrible. Absolutely intolerable. I dropped a pan in my kitchen and it was so loud I started crying. I had to go back on the higher dose of med.
I sometimes feel like Golem from LOTR. I just want to cover my ears.
So be careful whatever you decide.
I read books and novels but its boring lol
I can’t risk being on Abilify, it made me hypersexual and had anger issues on it
If you can replace the novels with say articles from wired magazine or whatever interests you thats non fiction it might help give you some ideas on what you could do at home.
Ive kinda been thinking about the whole microbusiness economy. Like if you had 5 different service or whatever that makes 100 bucks each a month and minimal time/effort required to do it then thats an extra 500 bucks a month.
And it could scale up however it may go. But just finding little things that require minimal effort for some return is a good start
Im starting to learn about no code app building. It seems the tools are getting better to make stuff without coding. Or low code you can customize it, just ask bing or ai codex for some code snippet to do what you want.
Theres free open source platforms as well. So one thing I try to do is find a way to learn stuff without spending money and open source is one of those ways.
Like for fun make a simple gym app that tracks your exercises with weights reps sets or something.
I played with Visual Studio before, I made questions in yes no prompts. My cousin made a chat program where you chat with the computer, C++
Awesome. Yeah maybe take a look at some of the new tools out there. I try to look for stuff thats simple enough that my brain doesnt say “not happening” lol. Then i go from there.
I like the lex fridman podcast for tech stuff. He gets some interesting guests on there.
