I shower everyday. The warm water gives me massage when showering. So I have better circulation after shower. I do it before bed which helps with my sleep.

Every morning i walk briskly on the treadmill, which works up a sweat. Since i hate being sweaty, i take a shower every day now. It’s quite an improvement over my old routine of maybe doing it once a week.

Yeah, I’m going to shower today. I haven’t showered in three days, and I have to stop in at the pharmacy to check the schedule; I don’t want to risk smelling bad when I do that. I don’t think I smell bad, but my sense of smell is crummy, from so many years of smoking, I guess.
