I just showered, and I really needed it. I was starting to smell bad and can’t remember when I last cleaned up.

I did shower a couple of days ago, but I haven’t changed to clean clothes in a while. Feel kind of dirty.

Didn’t shower today I’m rebelling. Is that why they locked the bars door before I got there? It was hot today. I put up a couple sheets of drywall in my basement. Will shower tomorrow.

Im having a bath in an hour or two. The soles of my feet are filthy and i got a beard that needs shaving.

It feels so nice to shower. I found a brand of shampoo that is all natural and organic, it makes my hair soft and smells good plus the herbal essences conditioner. I have three different body washes. I’ve started to work on self-care more so I am making an effort to brush my teeth once a day at least, use mouth wash, and I put on face cream at night. I still dont wear makeup so much, but i started using lipstick and some powder and foundation on occasion. It makes me look so much nicer because my skin is less pale looking and brightens it up if I use tan plus lighter foundation and powder.
I dont use mascara and eye liner because it messes up my eyelashes and eyes, and always ends up smearing anyways. I think I could use a darker eyeshadow and it would acheive a better effect. I also got some sparkly eyeshadow its super cool.
I need to start going to the gym again. I was going every other day and lost 50 pounds but then gained back some of it when I lagged at going to the gym. Its difficult because there’s no public transit to the gym so it costs an additional $20 plus the gym membership to go each time. Its $10 to the gym and $10 back versus if there was a bus that went there it would only be a dollar.
Even though I plan on having a relaxing day its nice that I got the shower part out of the way in the morning…hmmm it would be nice to get my hair done…

I showered two days in a row. Had to as there was grass, dirt, and pollen all over me. Felt superb too.

I went to the swimming pool today, i had a shower this morning. I get back into showering regularly again. I enjoy it these days. There were times in my life i felt uncomfortable not having my morning shower.
