I started taking my Prozac, and I don’t feel sad, I just hardly have the energy to get off the couch. Is this negative symptoms? Executive dysfunction? Am I just being lazy?
It’s hard to believe but people with schizophrenia suffer from lack of motivation. It has been discussed many times here. Yes, it’s the negative symptom. It’s pervasive. It is hoped that new medications might help.
