My anxiety was really bad yesterday. To the point i almost got paranoid. Im afraid its bad again today too. Im SO SICK of it! Argh. Sorry i always post about it. It seems like nothing makes it better. The only place i feel decent is when i get in my bed on days like today. So maybe thats where i will spend new years eve. In bed.

If I were there ,you and I would get out and have breakfast. Go shopping. Sit outside with some sweet tea. Even in the snow. Laugh. Rox

What meds are you on? I suffer from anxiety too i have a pdoc appointment on tue im hoping he can help me out.

Im on buspar for anxiety, celexa for depression and anxiety, and invega as an AP. Buspar works for about an hour or 2. It didnt work at all yesterday. My anxiety was worse than the medication was strong.
