Latuda is the devils medicine

It works on psychosis but it ruins my life in many other ways. Because of this I say that Latuda is the devils medicine

I’m currently on latuda but might switch to geodon in 6-12 months.
Olanzapine was lovely calming n good apart from weight gain.

Latuda makes my jaw clench I think and possibly some other things but I’m doing pretty well on it at the moment as in I can function at home with cleaning once a week, going for walks ,doing some things etc

What medication have you tried and what works best for you?

Are you willing to try a new medication?

Have you spoken with your psychiatrist about this?

Latuda ruined my life. At least it is working for you!

I’ve been on Geodon and Seroquel for about fifteen years. They handle my symptoms with minimal side effects. Not everyone does so well on these drugs, but for me they are a godsend. I’ve come across a few other people who felt the same way about them.
I was on Latuda for a short period of time. I was angry the whole time I was on it. I went back to Geodon and Seroquel.

Latuda really helps me negative wise but my main antipsychotic is Geodon.

Amen to that, I hated latuda, the akathisia made me suicidal

My psychiatrist won’t prescribe it to me.
She said that it would make me too anxious.
